Michael Gorton
Michael Gorton is the Chief Executive Officer and a 17-time serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and recognized pioneer across telemedicine, internet, and emerging technology industries. At Plotsy, he leads the vision and business strategy behind our endeavor to translate books into cinematic video experiences that bridge storytelling and technology.
Over the course of his career, Michael has founded and scaled companies across digital health, telecom, aerospace, energy, publishing, and education, collectively generating over a trillion dollars in market impact. He is best known as the founding CEO of Teladoc, a category-defining platform that transformed access to healthcare. Nathanial Fletcher is the Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience across media, production, and streaming. In his role, he oversees operations and execution, ensuring the company’s book-to-video translation process (“Cineversion”) delivers high-quality, scalable storytelling while integrating emerging AI technologies into production workflows.
Nathanial’s career spans television, digital media, and streaming innovation. He has produced major televised concerts for global artists such as Shakira and developed comedy specials for Paul Rodriguez and George Lopez on Showtime. He has held executive leadership roles including VP of Production at RIDE TV and SVP at GAC Media, where he played a key role in acquiring and scaling the network into a national platform. He has also launched multiple OTT services across FAST, SVOD, and AVOD models.
As the founder of Fletcher AI, Nathanial combines his media background with advanced expertise in generative and agentic AI, supported by MIT certification. He is a strong advocate for ethical AI, privacy, and transparency, and developed Texas AI Shield, a compliance platform designed to help organizations navigate the evolving AI landscape with confidence.

Lynn has spent more than 30 years in marketing, including nearly a decade working directly with independent authors. As the founder of Lynn McGinnis, LLC, she has helped writers build visibility, execute strategic book launches, and develop sustainable platforms for long-term audience growth. Her work has supported authors across genres, including campaigns that have achieved multi-category bestseller status and expanded readership in meaningful, lasting ways.
Known for her deep understanding of both storytelling and audience development, Lynn brings a thoughtful, author-first perspective to every project. Her lifelong love of reading began with Little House in the Big Woods and now she lives in a little house in the big woods of Pennsylvania, where she remains surrounded by books and the stories that inspire them.

Prior to entrepreneurship, he spent a decade at Apple, where he designed instructional experiences across corporate, consumer, retail, and enterprise environments. His work focused on translating complex concepts into accessible narratives that drive understanding and action. He later expanded his storytelling expertise as a podcast producer, refining his approach to long-form content and audience engagement.
With a background shaped by both technology and the liberal arts, Aaron brings a uniquely human-centered perspective to innovation that bridges creativity and execution to help ideas not only reach audiences, but truly connect.

With nearly two decades of experience across entertainment and technology, Cenk has contributed to groundbreaking work at globally recognized studios including Framestore, Industrial Light & Magic, Activision, and Weta Digital. His expertise spans visual effects, real-time media, and experimental imaging, where he has consistently pushed the boundaries of how digital environments replicate and enhance reality. In recent years, he has led creative teams, developed next-generation production approaches, and collaborated with brands to deliver innovative visual experiences.
Driven by a deep passion for photography and design, Cenk approaches every project as both an artist and a technologist ensuring that creativity remains central to the stories he helps bring to life.

William McDade
William McDade is bringing deep financial and operational leadership to support the company’s growth and long-term strategy. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees finance, capital strategy, and organizational performance ensuring the business scales efficiently while maintaining a strong foundation for innovation in AI-driven storytelling.
Will has more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, and transformation leadership. Prior to joining Plotsy, he served as CFO and Secretary of Interstate Batteries, a $2 billion automotive battery distributor and retailer, where he led functions spanning finance, IT, strategy, procurement, and M&A, and later stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Keurig Dr. Pepper (formerly Dr. Pepper Snapple), where he led large-scale operational improvements that significantly increased free cash flow and contributed to substantial shareholder value creation.
A fifth-generation Texan, Will holds a degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Derek del Carpio is bringing more than three decades of experience building scalable products, platforms, and technical infrastructure. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he leads the company’s technology strategy and architecture, ensuring the systems powering its Cineversion platform are robust, secure, and capable of scaling alongside rapid innovation in AI-driven media.
Derek has held executive leadership roles across product, engineering, and information security, helping organizations build from the ground up and evolve into mature, high-growth businesses. He was a founding team member of Teladoc (now Teladoc Health), where he played a key role in conceptualizing and developing the platform, including one of the first electronic medical record systems purpose-built for telehealth. His career also spans leadership roles in digital marketing and broadband infrastructure, reflecting a consistent ability to turn early-stage ideas into scalable, technology-driven enterprises.
With a foundation in both economics and engineering-minded problem solving, Derek brings a pragmatic and forward-looking approach to innovation focused on building systems that not only work, but endure.

As the Chief Legal Officer, Quentin is bringing nearly 30 years of experience advising companies on complex legal, regulatory, and strategic matters. He oversees Plotsy’s legal framework, guiding everything from corporate governance and capital strategy to intellectual property and transactions as the business scales in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Quentin has worked extensively with both public and private companies, providing counsel on capital raising, federal securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing agreements. He frequently serves in an outside general counsel capacity, working closely with executive teams, boards of directors, and board committees to navigate high-stakes decisions and ensure long-term stability. His experience spans a wide range of industries, giving him a pragmatic and business-oriented approach to legal strategy.
He holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude with concentrations in Business and Regulatory Law and International Legal Affairs. With an academic background that also includes advanced study in English and the arts, Quentin brings both precision and perspective to his work that balances legal rigor with thoughtful communication.
